Clients have access to the most user friendly overnight booking system in the industry – Parcel Express. The Parcel Express system allows clients to easily produce barcoded shipping labels, and gives them full access to all tracking scans and Proof of Deliveries. Addresses are saved so they never have to be re-entered and bookings are made quickly and hassle free.

Simply select a previously saved address from the drop-down menu or enter a new address, select the type of package, enter the number of packages and a rough estimate of weight (scales not required), a description of the goods and reference for the job. Phone numbers and Post Codes should always be entered to assist the delivery driver.

Customers have full visibility on all tracking scans, and can view the status of recent shipments at a glance, without having to enter tracking numbers.
